About Me and my Integrative Approach to Counselling. Including CBT –  Mindfulness, and various other Integrative Approaches.

An integrative approach to counselling means that I do not solely rely on any one method of working with individuals. Rather, Integrating a variety of ideas of how people can best be understood and helped, allows me to be flexible and to respond to your individual needs. In general, the way I do work is influenced by the following Counselling Theoretical Approaches – Person Centred Counselling, standard CBT, Mindfulness Based CBT (MBCT) and Attachment Theory.
